
On 10-13 March, the Reanimation Package of Reforms initiative (RPR) continues its "Reforms en Route" all-Ukrainian tour with the support of UNDP and other partners. This time representatives of the initiative visited Chernivtsi, Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Ternopil, talking about health care, judicial and media reforms.

12 March 2015, Geneva - During the 28th Annual Meeting of the International Coordinating Committee of NHRIs (ICC), Ms. Valeria Lutkovska, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, was conferred an "A" status accreditation certificate, testifying for full compliance of Ukraine's National Human Rights Institution (NHRI) with the Paris Principles, approved by the UN General Assembly in 1993.

On 4 March 2015, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Human Rights, National Minorities and International Relations held a hearing on the National Human Rights Strategy. The project was developed by a working group set up by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, comprising representatives of civil society and international organizations.

On 3 March 2015, Kyiv saw the fifth in a series of cluster seminars "Applying Ukraine's anticorruption legislation" organized by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Institute for Applied Humanitarian Research CSO with support from the UNDP "Democratization and Human Rights in Ukraine" Programme and the International Renaissance Foundation.

On 23 February, "On the Way of Reforms" RPR All-Ukrainian tour launched with the support of UNDP and other partners. Lviv and Uzhhorod became the first cities where RPR experts organized several activities for community activists, journalists, representatives of local government, business, and academia.

On 26 February, VII International Conference of Ukrainian Philanthropists Forum "Philanthropy and Volunteerism in Action: saving, reconciling and building the future" was held in Kyiv with the support of UNDP "Democratization and Human Rights in Ukraine" Project and other partners.
