The first seminar on "Documenting human rights violations, providing legal aid and fostering restoration of trust and dialogue in Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts" took place on 25-26 September 2014 in Kyiv. The seminar was organized by the UNDP "Democratization and Human Rights in Ukraine" project.

Pursuant to the judgment of the Desnianskyi district court of Chernihiv in the case initiated by the civil activists, the City Council of Semenivka published the General plan of city development on its official web-site.

On 5-6 November Ukraine shall report in Geneva on the implementation of the UN Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment. This report shall be the sixth Ukraine's National Report since ratifying the Convention in 1987.

Today representatives of the Presidential Administration, Verkhovna Rada and Ministry of Justice presented a concept for a new state body to fight high-level corruption – the National Anti-corruption Bureau.
